La nuova puntata di RockWave, trasmissione condotta da Alberto Prisco si apre con i Pearl Jam che dall’album ‘Dark Matter’ pubblicato il 19 aprile, propongono il brano ‘Something Special’, un’ottima ballata per la band di Seattle guidata da Eddie Vedder.

Los Campesinos!, gruppo formatosi all’università di Cardiff nel 2006 che ha debuttato nel febbraio 2008, torna dopo sette anni con l’album ‘All Hell’, in uscita il 19 luglio. Il primo singolo s’intitola ‘Feast Of Tongues’.

” Heaven ” è una canzone dei Talking Heads tratta dall’album del 1979 ‘Fear Of Music’. Una nuova versione del brano interpretata dai The National, è presente nel tributo che celebra i 40 anni del film-concerto ‘Stop Making Sense’, diretto da Jonathan Demme. Il film rimasterizzato in 4k, è tornato recentemente nelle sale cinematografiche americane. Per l’occasione, la band di David Byrne si è riunita dopo molto tempo, per parlare con il proprio pubblico.
